Q: If I want to engrave my own message on a product, can it be done?
Engraving your own messages on a product is possible depending on the material. Feel free to contact our consultants by phone or through email.
Q: How long does it take to customized a gift?
Depending on the type of gift and customization which you require, at least 7 working days will be needed to complete the order.
Q: How do I customize a gift?
These are the steps involved in customizing your gift:
Step 1 - Placing the order
Select your desired item, and pay attention to the pencil icon at the top right hand. If it is present, means it's customizable.
Step 2 - Customizing
There are two customization option. One is the easier one where you can input the name inside the box that we have provided, but if you need a greater versatility on designing, click on customize this product, and you will be brought to the online designer. This will allow you the greatest degree of freedom. Some item offers this functionality, some only offers limited customization.
Step 3 - Payment for the order
Pre-payment can be made via the various methods listed at the bottom of this site.
Step 4 - Production
Upon receipt of the payment, we will proceed to manufacture the order and inform you when it is ready.
Step 5 - Delivery
Depending on your preference, we will confirm your delivery address and arrange for the delivery.
Step 6 - Receive your Gift
We sincerely hope for the gift to arrive safely to you and should you not receive on time do contact us immediately.
Q: How should I pay for my purchases?
You may pay for your purchase via these methods below:
Orders will be processed upon actual receipt of payments (eg. cheques are cleared).
Cash payment may be made at the office during office hours or cheques may be sent by mail ot the office address.
2. Credit Card / Pay Pal
An electronic invoice will be emailed to you through which you may choose to pay with your Credit Card (for non-Pay Pal users) OR through your Pay Pal Account.
You may pay by credit card by:
1. Selecting the "Add to Cart" option for the item
3. Select PayPal/Credit payment method (no need to be paypal user)
4. Select to pay via Credit Card
5. Follow the instructions to complete payment.
6. Email us the payment receipt for verification.
7. We will send you the artwork for confirmation before going ahead with the production!
3. Internet Bank Transfer
Online fund transfers may be made to the bank account below. Kindly drop us an email when the ATM/Funds transfer has been made with these details:

Q: Can my order be delivered to outside of Singapore?
Yes! Simply select the items that you are interested in and at athe "CHECKOUT" page, select payment "By Invoice".
No transaction will take place. Instead, our consultants will contact you to inform you of the delivery charges and arrangements.
Once you have confirmed the delivery charges and your order, you will receive an electronic invoice to make the final payment with your credit card or paypal account (refer above "How should I pay for my purchase?")
Q: Can the overseas delivery charges be more affordable?
Yes! Follow the steps above ("Can my order be delivered outside of Singapore?") and our consultants will provide you with the most cost-effective delivery option.
